Hemostat Antithrombinliquid is a chromogenic assay intended for the quantitative determination of antithrombin activity in human plasma with semi-automated or fully automated coagulation analyzers.
Hemostat aPTT-EL is intended for the manual and automated determination of activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT) in liquid format. Due to its factor sensitivity it can be used to assay the activity of coagulation factors in the extrinsic and common pathway of coagulation (factors II, V, VII, and X).
