Reliable results with Boronate Affinity Quenching method

  • Experience fast and accurate results with the Boronate Affinity Quenching method, which is based on the affinity of boronate for glycated proteins and involves fluorescent measurement. This method is unaffected by hemoglobin (Hb) variants without a reduced erythrocyte lifespan.
  • The initial fluorescence of the reagent is quenched when attached to HbA1c. The observed quenching of fluorescence correlates with the quantity of HbA1c in the sample
