HumaTurb C+A is a scalable system for Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification (LAMP) testing, designed for the detection of infections caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis Complex (MTBC), Malaria Pan, Malaria Pf, and Malaria Pv. The system employs real-time turbidity detection based on magnesium-pyrophosphate generated during amplification.

 

The HumaTurb C component handles setup and control of incubation time and temperature, ensuring precise amplification conditions. Amplification and detection occur in the HumaTurb A unit, enabling efficient and reliable pathogen screening. With its flexible configuration and ability to scale for varying throughput needs, HumaTurb C+A is ideal for both regional and reference laboratories.

Scalable LAMP system for reference and regional laboratories

The entire system consists of two parts: the control unit HumaTurb C, which is for the individual set up of incubation times, temperatures and HumaTurb A, the amplification unit for performing LAMP reactions.
HumaTurb C is connectable with up to six HumaTurb A units for an increased throughput of up to 96 tests/run.
